Dr. James W. Goodin graduated with his medical degree in 2007 from the College of Medicine of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. He completed a General Surgery Residency and a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at Erlanger Hospital under the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga from in 2013.
Dr. Goodin is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. He is an Associate Fellow with the American College of Surgeons and is credentialed to perform DaVinci Robotic Surgery at UT Medical Center.
Dr. Goodin and his wife have five children. He enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and spending time with his family.
